The English.
"Saranghae" in English translates to "I love you."
"I love you, my love!" in English means Ti amo, amore mio! in Italian.
The word love was not 'invented'. Like the vast majority of words in the English language, it evolved over a long period of time. It is impossible to say when it first appeared in that exact form, and it would anyway be a pointless exercise. Language does not work like that. The derivation of the word is from the Germanic Liebe via Old English lufu. It is cognate with the Latin libet, lubet (it pleases).
Love is not invented because love is a feeling of a person and that feeling is normal because when you have a feeling in a person and that feeling is developed, that feeling is a loved.
"You love you" in English means Ti ami ("You love yourself") in Italian.
