Who invnted the knife?

The knife cannot traced back to a single inventor, it has existed as long as man has. Early man used primitive "knives" such as sharp stones and from that it eventually evolved to the use of bronze, copper, steel, (metals) to today's ceramic knives. Every civilization has it's variations of knives and thus the knife cannot be traced to a sole inventor.
