Are you talking about Cagali from Gundam Seed/Gundam Seed Destiny? If that's the case Cagali is the Representative and "Lion" of the Orb Union, and is considered the 'princess'. She is tough, head-strong and very tom-boyish. She has a twin, Kira Yamata however neither of them find out until near the end of Gundam Seed. She is very loyal to those who she cares about and will do just about anything for them.
