Vicky, one of the authors of the warriors series, revealed on her Facebook page that Jake, from Bluestar's Prophecy, is Firestar's father.

No one knows for sure who Firestar's mother is, but there are many theories on this subject.

One possible theory is that Firestar's mother is Quince, the mother of Scourge. If this theory were true, it would mean that Firestar and Scourge were brothers. This is because Firestar's father is Jake, the cat who is also Scourge's father.

But they are HALF brothers. How I know? I do my research. That means they CAN'T have the same mother if they already have the same father, which they do. I'm not sure you should believe them, but it's surely something to think about.

Princess is not Firestar's mother. Nobody knows who his mother is. I hear people talking about a possibility that Violet is Firestar's mother. Violet is Barley's sister. Think about it. The books say that Princess is a brown tabby She-cat with white paws. If you look in Ravenpaw's manga book 2, Violet looks just like that. Princess is Firestar's sister.
Firestar's father is Jake(though his mother remains anonymous), but we do know that Princess is his sister, Cloudtail is his nephew, and has Scourge and Socks (a kittypet kitted by Quince, Firestar's half-mother) as his half brothers and Ruby(also a kittypet) as his half sister. Socks and Ruby are Scourge's brother and sister. They tormented him to leave the family. He did and then they got abandoned by their Twolegs and went to Scourge and asked for help. He fed them and exiled them telling them he had no family...
