1. Flavio and Isabella are know in Commedia Dell Arte as "The Lovers"
2. They are both in love but are also in love with themselves
3. Isabella was named after a particular actress, Isabella Andreini who, after performing so well, was honoured by the name change
4. Isabella stays very tall, on her toes when she moves and she flutters about, being blown about by the slightest of wind
5. She simply wears white makeup - no mask!!!
