At sixty something, Restorative Yoga has been Jane's specialty for decades.
This deeply quiet practice has become the still point of her life, infusing the heart of her teaching. Jane, as the visionary founder of Inward Bound, created a unique model for yoga retreats. She lives and teaches in Nosara, as well as internationally. Jane began her journey with yoga as a resident at Kripalu Ashram in the 70's. Her extraordinary intuitive creativity is grounded by decades of committed yoga practice; as well as wisdom and perspective from many healing and cosmic arts. Her teachers are John Friend, Judith Lasater, Roger Cole, Barbara Benaugh, and Douglas Brooks.
Gaia, however, is her biggest inspiration. Jane reflects the Goddess Shakti from the inside out with an authenticity that is rare, inspiring and unpredictable.
