According to God's written word The Bible...
Jesus Christ was born in Bethlehem, Israel two thousand years ago. His birth was miracuous for he was born to Mary the vigrin by the power of God's Spirit. Prior to his birth on this earth Jesus did exist as God's inner Word which is with/in/part of God (John 1:1,14). Therefore, he was God before his incarnation. However, at the incarnation he took on human form and nature (Philippians 2:5-11). In other words, Jesus Christ is both God and man (not-God) at the same time, but in different sense. As God he is independent and knows everything, as man he is dependent and did not know everything.
Jesus Christ is the pefect and final expression of God's love for mankind. Only through what God has done in him on the cross as an atoning sacrifice we can receive forgivenss of sins, have peace with God and be assured of eternal life in the very presence of God!

John 7:41 Others said, "This is the Christ." But some said, "Will the Christ come out of Galilee?
Acts 18:28 for he vigorously refuted the Jews publicly, showing from the Scriptures that Jesus is the Christ.
According to the Bible, there is no supernatural similarity with Ishmael, John the Baptist and Jesus Christ, for Ishmael and John the Baptist were men, and Jesus Christ is LORD and God
