founded by front man Ian Anderson who gave the band its distinctive
sound through his flute playing. The band was named Jethro Tull by
its booking agent at the time. Jethro Tull was an 18th century
agriculturist that really had nothing to do with the band
itself.

Eric Clapton, John Lennon and The Who.
