In Genesis 37 is the account of Joseph the son of Jacob who had a number of dreams relating to his future role as the second-in-charge to the Egyptian Pharoah. His brothers who were all, except Benjamin, older than him, resented his dreams and also his and Benjamin's being the favourite sons of Jacob.

In v 19 they saw him coming and said 'behold this dreamer cometh.'

Joseph's story starts out in Genesis 37 and goes on for several chapters. He started out as a dreamer, and then a few chapters later when He is sold into slavery by his brothers, he was able to solve his pharaoh's dream and save a whole nation.
