This is because those entrepreneurs have dared to create wealth and even in failure this sort of audacity attracts wealth. Employment usually attracts hard work, low pay for a thankless job. It should be clear to all that being an employee isn't the best option for wealth creation.It is wealth that will bring about any real economic sustainable development.
