Frank Houlihan goes by Mrfrank.
Anne Frank's father is Otto Frank.
Mr. Frank thought Peter was a nice young man, but lazy, not terribly bright, and easily led. He also felt he would become emotionally attached to Anne (he was right about that).
Mr. Frank shows he is thoughtful of Anne's well-being by providing her with books, encouraging her to write in her diary, and offering her guidance and support during their time in hiding. He also tries to create a sense of normalcy for Anne by organizing educational activities and celebrating holidays.
Mr. Frank, from Anne Frank's story, survived the Holocaust by hiding in the Secret Annex of Otto Frank's business premises in Amsterdam. He lived there for over two years with his family and others, relying on the support of non-Jewish friends who provided food and supplies while they remained concealed. However, ultimately, Mr. Frank was the only member of his family to survive the war, as the others were captured and perished in concentration camps.
