If you get lots of points, soon the bill board outside the town hall will read that Nooks is closing- which means Nook is upgrading his shop for the day. I dont think that it counts for the point system but to get to nookingtons you have to get alot of money and have a friend (another ds) to shop at your nookway or nook n go or nook and cranny however you dont have to get someone else to shop at your shop for wii!
