What did our Lady of Fatima say about the rosary?

Our Lady of Fatima is the title given to the Blessed Virgin Mary in relation to a series of Church authenticated apparitions she gave to three children in the Portuguese village of Fatima in 1917. Our Lady endorsed the Rosary as a means of personal sanctification, conversion for sinners and infidels, aid for the pope, world change, world peace and especially the conversion of Russia. She even introduced a prayer that she requested to be said after the "Glory Be" on the Rosary:

V. O my Jesus, forgive us our sins.

She also specifically asked for rosaries said in reparation. The promise made to Sister Lucy is that anyone who receives Holy Communion worthily on the First Saturday of five consecutive months, goes to confession, recites five decades of the rosary while meditating on the mysteries of the rosary, and makes a fifteen minute meditation will have all the graces necessary for salvation at the end of their lives.
