According to Jesus, angels don't marry... are sexless... and don't reproduce.

"...ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God. For in the resurrection they [humans] neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are AS THE ANGELS OF GOD in heaven. (Matt.22:29-30)

The Bible does speak of Satan's "children," however... but they are merely anyone who "obeys him" and are "disobedient" to God's laws.

Satan doesn't have a brother in the Bible. That is Luciferian doctrine. It teaches Christ as a created being and is brother to Lucifer. It teaches that eventually, Lucifer will win, and take over the world. It was taught by occultists like Madame Blavatski and Aleistair Crowley, who practiced seances and spiritism. (They called up demons who mimicked real people who had died). Blavastski founded Theosophy. Crowley called up a demon that took his adult son in a ritual. Crowley was a basket case for the rest of his life.

The Mormon doctrine also teaches Christ as brother to Lucifer, which also teaches Christ as a created being. These are all in their extra biblical writings and are not of the true word of God. They are the word of men.
