Are your caregivers supportive with this, without being negative or punitive? If so, get them on board. They would be ideal, since they are likely to be around right at the moments that are most difficult for you. If they aren't an option, talk with the hardest working friend (NOT necessarily the smartest) you have and get some tips. I have nothing against smart people, but they can often get by with a minimum of effort and this can lead to life-long bad habits. I'm one of 'em and boy would I change some things if I could go back. Just saying.

There isn't any good sites that gives good advice. The best advice is to get the information in person from a good person that you know and trust. You can go into a chat room or Facebook but they aren't good sites for advice.
well....its not that complicated really, all you have to do is set a good example and be a good friend . when he or she asks for advice just let the words flow out and dont get nervous. GOOD LUCK :)
