Abdilla Khairol BSc, University Malaysia Sabah I do agree what Mr. Arifuddin Ahmed said, the individual ethics involved ethical norms, values and principles which is crucial in individual to identify what is right and wrong. it based on it's emotion and attitude which can contribute to certain consequences and also for the basic way to have or to identify an individual ethics it depend on what reason, type of action taken and the measurement upon the consequences which have it positive and negative effect. According to my reading it shows that the reason to have and the action to be taken if the consequences are positive then it is ethical. if it give a negative feedback then it is unethical.
