Who is axel in Kingdom Hearts 2?

Axel is a Nobody, a member in Organization XIII, he is a close friend of Roxas, even though they do not have hearts, they still like each other. He uses a weapon that's kind of a wheel looking thing that has sharp points and is a fire element. He has red hair and tattoo things on his face. He finally dies when he and Sora fights a bunch of Nobodies and he uses an attack that uses all his strength to kill the Nobodies, and his body then disintegrates into little black dots that float up into the sky.
