No, you will not be able to catch Black Kyurem in Pokémon Black 2 or White Kyurem in Pokémon White 2. You will have to defeat it during your first battle. After beating the game which includes defeating the Champion Iris, you will run into N, the former leader of Team Plasma and after you beat him in a battle, he will eventually give you the stone that turned into Zekrom in Pokémon Black 2 or the stone that will turn into Reshiram in Pokémon White 2. You will have to take the stone to the Dragonspiral Tower and the stone will materialize as Zekrom in Pokémon Black 2 or as Reshiram in White 2. You will now be able to battle it like a wild Pokémon which means you can catch it. Once caught, you can now go to the Giant Chasm in order to find that the wild Kyurem has returned there however it will be seen in its regular form. After defeating or catching the Kyurem, it will drop an item called the DNA Link Pin which will allow you to merge Kyurem with either Zekrom or Reshiram in order to become Black Kyurem or White Kyurem.
