Who is better carter emile or jorge from halo?

(Spoiler alert) Ok so if you have played the campaign and completed it you may know this; out of all of noble team all members are seen to be an equal force. The members known as jorge, carter and emile are all members of the nobleteam however after playing through the campaign you will know they all die. Out of whom is better Carter is the leader of noble team so therefore he must have greater skill, emile is also above jorge in the noble ranks however if you go on the events of the reach campaign, emile is the last of noble team to survive as Jorge is left on the space station to die after saving noble six, also carter sacrifices himself so that noble six and emile can reach the pillar of autumn, therefore it must be said that emile is better as he is the last to survice and in my opinion hes a bit of a legend himself, he dies at the final part of the game after sacirficing himself so that noble six can escape and destroy the convenent fleet, emile takes on a team of elites armed with energy swords, after defeating most of them is completely over run and suffers the same fate as his team mates.
