Highly debatable question - - but in my opinion (as applied to "real" life) experience is the clear winner. INTELLIGENCE implies that an individual SHOULD be able to learn to do something, but is no guarantee of it. Whereas, EXPERIENCE implies that an individual HAS MASTERED the ability to do, or learn, something. Demonstrated ability trumps potential ability every time. AN EVEN BETTER QUESTION MIGHT BE: Which is better INTELLIGENCE or COMMON SENSE? ;-)
both intelligences can grow, crystallized intelligence will grow every time you learn something and commit it to memory, but your fluid intelligence can also grow, it will get better with training and experience, but fluid intelligence tends to decline once your get into elderly ages.

Crystallized intelligence is intelligence based on the information, skills, and strategies that people have learned through experience and that can be applied in problem-solving situations.
Crystallized intelligence is the capacity to think logically and solve problems in hard situations. Crystallized intelligence is the ability to use skills and experience.
Both common sense and intelligence are valuable qualities. Common sense refers to practical knowledge and judgment gained from experience, while intelligence is the ability to think, learn, and problem-solve. Ideally, having a balance of both can help an individual navigate various situations effectively.
The growth mindset type of control believes that intelligence is changeable and can be shaped by experience. This mindset emphasizes the importance of effort, perseverance, and learning from mistakes in order to improve and develop one's intelligence over time.
I would guess what is meant is "experience with your own emotions". This would result in an increased knowledge of how to handle your emotions and thus could be seen as a sort of intelligence. In fact intelligence is largely gained through experience itself, so this isn't a far off metaphor.

The question, does intelligence decline with age, is a highly debated topic in the world of psychology. Some factors used to judge intelligence decline with age while others, actually, increase or get better with age.
There are some German people that are better than average intelligence just as there are better than average intelligent people in most countries. As a race of people, Germans are not considered the most intelligent.
