Black cat is a improved cat burlgler in amazing spiderman #194 who tries to break out her father the cat out of prison then comes across spiderman and seemingly dies but then comes back to life and becomes interested in spiderman and becomes her lover she is one of the few people spiderman tells her his secret identity to one of the problems they have is the black cat is in love with spiderman and not peter Parker it is a weird relationship you can understand it more by reading amazing spiderman #606 and #607 and the mini series "The Evil Men Do"

∙ 6y agoIf you're referring to the various movie reboots, no one is Black Cat since the character has never appeared, although in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Felicia Hardy, did appear but she was simply Norman Osborne's assistant. There was no indication she was a by-night cat burgler. If the Amazing Spider-Man film franchise had continued, it was planned for her to take on the identity.
Naturally in the comics, as mentioned above, Felicia Hardy takes on the alternate persona of Black Cat.
