No, not yet anyway, her back bone is badly bruised so she cant use her back legs. She manages to drag herself around camp, with much effort. Jayfeather insists on keeping her active, but in the last scene with her she becomes upset by the tough work-outs he plans for her and refuses to do them, saying it is too much work.
