Cherrytail doesn't have one yet. Some possible suggestions are~ Patchfoot Shortwhisker actually if you read the mangas cherrytail admits that she has an interest in sharpclaw and in the second book in the skyclan mangas she admits that she is mates with Sharpclaw and is expecting kits
Is it true that Cherrytail was Firestar's apprentice?
Yes but only temporarily. She later then became Sharpclaw's apprentice in Firestar's Quest. Its not the Cherrykit in Thunderclan who people might think will become Cherrytail and Firestar's apprentice but the kittypet who joins Skyclan who is know as Cherrytail in Skyclan's Destiny. Her brother is Sparrowpelt who was know as Boris as a kittypet.

It never shows but they probbably do, because there were very few she cats in the clan. No, they don't. Clovertail falls in love with Patchfoot and she has his kits, Birdpaw, Sandypaw, and Honeypaw. Cherrytail and Sharpclaw fall in love and possibly have kits in the future after a comment that Cherrytail made to Leafstar.

Why is Sol and a few other Tortoiseshell and Calico cats in the Warrior Cats Series male?
There are several tortoiseshell (calico) cats in the Warriors series. The authors have said before in interviews that they do not pay attention to genetics in most cases. So saying, male calico cats (especially those who are fertile) are extremely rare. Male tories are very rare and are infertile (cannot reproduce), however there are very rare cases of genetic mutation which occurs in the development of the embryo that can create a fertile, male tortie. Both Sol and Redtail are both calico males in the series. As well Blossompaw, Cherrytail, Dappletail, Tawnypelt, Dawn River, Morningflower, Mosspelt, Poppyfrost, Sorreltail, and Spottedleaf are all female torties within the series. Also note that the illustrators draw tortoiseshell cats as calicos and that Erin Hunter doesn't refer to calicos as "calicos", just "tortoiseshell and white." ________________________________________ why are you a boy/girl? its just the way the author writes the book.
