In her younger years, she and her family lived a prosperous life, and she and her sister and three brothers were spoiled. In her later years, her parents became destitute because her father's inn failed, and she was forced into thievery with her father and his bandits. She is never satisfied with her life because the one she's in love with doesn't love her back and she is in poverty. She dies because she stopped a bullet that was aimed at Marius.
