I believe that it was BPs fault. They admited on live news that the oil spilt was their oil and that they are doing their best to clean up as much oil as possible. But it wasn't fully BPs fault, i think that i heard the news say that they "hit some coral" or something im not very sure but if that is the case then it wasn't entirely their fault.
