If you meant fundamentalist, I would concur with Pastor Rick Warren that we be careful as not to obfuscate or devalue the definition of the word fundamental or any foundational reference by using the term fundamentalist as an adjective for any person with a fixed position. Of late this term is used to describe people who will not listen and therefore should not be heard.

In today's world we live with many cultures and religions with each structured on heritage, values, fundamental truths and shared history. All can be appreciated.

Because one chooses to believe as a Christian that Jesus is the messiah or as a Hindu, Jew or Muslim that he is not shouldn't mean we paint each other to the benefit of the extreme, surely we can get along until truth is fully and finally revealed.

I do not think fundamentalism as an ism can exist in a vacuum for as we all know we live in an ever changing, ever expanding universe of thought and projection. Don't you think ? For me my truth is not negotiable only the methodology is. I live, I serve.
