To get there, there would be a mote shop and follow the path to the right that'll lead out of Meridell and you'll enter Meridell Plains. Follow the path. Then there will be a sign that has 3 places on it and it'll say "Illusen's Glade" and to the right is Brightvale. Go to the glade and follow the path. From Cogham Village, you have to remember no to exit or enter Cogham steppes. Check your map. The Cogham village ans steppes' map is shaped with a lot of squiggly lines.
