As far as I know, the only glee clubbers leaving are Finn Hudson, Rachel Berry, Kurt Hummel, and recently announced, Santana Lopez. The idea of having a spin-off did come up, so being off 'Glee' does not mean they have to remain out of work even though they will most likely be called onto a different T.V. show.
