It is difficult to measure precisely how famous any given celebrity may be (and Mr. Spock, in particular, always insisted on precise measurements) but in my opinion, Spock is the more famous of the two, not to take anything away from Lady Gaga who is very impressive.

Imma huge fan of Spock, but lady gaga wins hence the amounts of followers on twitter and monthly earnings with the awards achieved. While spock is a movie character, which only appearered in only StarTrek tv movies, shows. Lady gaga is also a hit on YouTube VEVO, and Gaga wins because of popularity and well know-ness.
