It was believed to be Fred Jones' dad but other characters have also reacted the same way such as Angel Dynamite, though it can't be her. He is a member of the original Mystery Incorporated because he is also trying to solve the mystery of what happened to the missing kids.
Mr. E is Ricky Owens a member of the original Mystery Incorporated throughout Scooby doo Mystery Incorporated he give the gang clues about the curse of crystal cove
It is probably the original mystery incorporated, because how does mr e always know that the new mystery inc. is on the right trail to solving the mystery of why they disappeared.
'Mr. E' is voiced by Lewis Black .
Episode 21- Mr "e" is Ricky Owens
In "Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated", Ricky Owens is a member of the original Mystery Incorporated. He is now referred to as Mr. E. Ricky can be compared to Shaggy because of Ricky's physical appearance, personality, and friendship with Professor Pericles.
Concerning Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated, season 2 is same plot as season 1. A mystery happens; they solve it. However, this new season actually has romance added between characters. Also, a mysterious "Mr. E" helps them solve some cases, though from behind the scenes, usually related to a previous group of mystery solvers. Additionally, unlike past renditions of Scooby-Doo cartoons, there exists a much larger mystery spanning thus far the whole series. The first 26 episodes merely establish what the mystery is, and an anticipated season 2 (season 3 by Cartoon Network) is anticipated to solve the mystery (or mysteries?). Just watch to find out! (Cartoon Network channel) This is slightly modified from the original plot of the old Scooby-Doo cartoons, of which numerous seasons exist. As with the new series of Scooby-Doo, the gang (Fred, Daphne, Velma, Shaggy, and Scooby-Doo) or some modification thereof would stumble upon a mystery (typically dealing with a ghost or other spook). After finding clues, they would discover something about the identity of the person behind the monster's mask, set a trap, and then unmask the villain. The "catchphrase" at the end of each episode would include the unmasked monster remarking "I would have gotten away with it, if it weren't for you meddling kids," to which Scooby would merely say "Scooby-dooby-doo."
In the episode "The Chiller Diller Movie Thriller" on "The Scooby-Doo Show", but Scooby-Doo and Scooby-Dum have a romantic interest in movie-star Scooby-Dee, a white Great Dane who is also their cousin.
Well, there is no ending to them all because the Warner Brothers are probably still going to be making them. So I guess my answer is No. I'm sorry if I cant list all of them, there is just too many. If you have any comments or questions, you can email me at: quinney1@gmail.com. Thanks, and have a wonderful day! :)
hanna barbra invented him Actually, Scooby Doo was invented by Joe Ruby and Ken Spears for Hanna-Barbera. The men were writers for H-B at the time (1969). They went on to form their own production company in 1977 called Ruby-Spears and made some Scooby Doo cartoons too (with permission from H-B). Other shows made by Ruby-Spears include Mr. T, Centurions, Plastic Man and Fangface.

If you're talking about Scooby-Doo! Mystery Inc., I have hunches. If not, go search some more. I think it's obvious. Mystery, Mr. E, they rhyme. I think he is trying to hide something. He might not be a he. Might be a she. Mr. E is probably like a code name. It's probably not his real name. After the clues I've given you, you might have a good idea. Think about it.
Mr Hanna and Mr Barbara who team up to make The Flinstones and other cartoons like Scooby Doo. Sadly i forgot their first names
In the episode "The Chiller Diller Movie Thriller" on "The Scooby-Doo Show", but Scooby-Doo and Scooby-Dum have a romantic interest in movie-star Scooby-Dee, a white Great Dane who is also their cousin.
According to the Wiki-fan website, "Angel Dynamite was the alias/alter ego used by a now-adult Cassidy Williams, who had mysteriously disappeared along with the other members of the original Mystery Incorporated after they had just as mysteriously broken up. Cassidy later 'returned' to Crystal Cove at some point, now using the persona of Angel Dynamite, working as a radio hostess of Crystal Cove's K-Ghoul, and befriending the new Mystery Incorporated. When the gang found out who she really was and that she was working with Mr. E, she decided to go by her birth name, Cassidy Williams, again."
