From research I've been conducting no. Pictures at the time were VERY expensive so recording equipment would've been as well. Also, as Al Capone's disease progressed, Mr. Capone was watched closely as to insure any senstive mob information was not to be slipped, and before his disease got the best of him from my understanding, he never wanted to be recorded saying something he couldn't take back.
