The Brits dont even have an active aircraft carrier, they are building two however. The US has 10 ACTIVE aircraft carriers and building 3 more. Its not even close, there is no country that has a stronger and more powerful presence at sea than the US. It was not always this way and may not be this way in the future but for now there is not a country that comes close.
