In The Amazing Spider Man. Spidey was swinging from a building when something took him to the ground. He unmasked to Mr. Stacey and, as he was leaving (Spiderman, to go save the city from the lizard) Mr. Stacey yelled Hold Your Fire! But, a cop shot him. There was a news thing in one of the scenes of him climbing up a building with his leg bleeding. He webbed it up and continued to OSCORP.
