Who is stronger in Naruto Shippuden Naruto or Sasuke?

Depends which arc you are talking about.

Well basically you can't really explain it but for the first arc Sasuke is stronger and second arc Sasuke is still stronger. I personally thought Naruto would be stronger but the official databooks for both arcs says so. You can see some of them on narutopedia.

It would be Naruto because when Naruto and Sasuke had their final battle Sasuke was trying to kill Naruto but all Naruto was trying to do is bring him back but Sasuke wanted to kill him he didn't even use his 9 tail chakra until Sasuke brought his Susano and remember the fact Naruto was not trying to kill Sasuke So he didn't use his full power of the nine tail.
