Because they still have the fresh adrenaline running through them from when they were changed. If it's change through blood transfer (not Twilight) then its because the Vampires blood is fighting the human blood so its concentration is stronger, making the newborn stronger and faster than a normal vampire
This quote is from Götzen-Dämmerung, oder, Wie man mit dem Hammer philosophiert.(1889)Translated: Twilight of the Idols, or, How to Philosophize with a Hammer
A Wolf is definiteley stronger!!! Although a beaver has sharp teeth and is kind of strong, a wolf is much, much stronger. A wolf has VERY sharp teeth and adds a lot of pressure to its bite. It also runs faster and is a lot bigger. P.S. GO TEAM JACOB!!!!!!!!! GO TWILIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The first book is just Twilight."Twilight" is the first book in the Twilight series.
It shows that Bella(the pawn) blended in and was ordinary, and when she met Edward she could help others and she was stronger(just like a queen in the game of chess)
In my opinion, real vampires are a mix between Cirque du Freak and Twilight vampires. I think they..... Bite people to change them (Twilight) have blood that is poisonous to animals (Cirque du Freak) are really pretty and very pale (Twilight) have breath that knocks people out (Cirque du Freak) have really strong sharp fingernails (Cirque du Freak) are stronger and faster than humans (Cirque du Freak, Twilight) have to drain the blood of their victims (Twilight) aren't real organized (Twilight) have to drink from humans (Cirque du Freak) live forever (Twilight) have to be killed with weapons but recover easier than humans (Cirque du Freak) can control themselves over blood with practice (Cirque du Freak, Twilight)
The saying "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger" is attributed to Friedrich Nietzsche, a German philosopher. It is often interpreted to mean that overcoming challenges can lead to personal growth and resilience.
