Qui Gon Jinn was the Jedi Master that trained Obi Wan Kenobi in episode one. Also in episode one he was killed by Darth Maul. Then Obi Wan Kenobi killed Darth Maul by cutting him in half on the planet of Naboo.
Whether or not that makes either better than the other is a matter of personal opinion.

∙ 13y agoThis question is debatable. But personally, I believe Yoda is better cause he is way more powerful than Obi-Wan is. Don't get me wrong: Obi-Wan is an amazing Jedi, but Yoda is more experienced in not only the ways of the Force, but everything else as well.
