New Answer 12-28-10: When Anakin (Darth Vader) was dying he told Luke that he was right. Anakin was verifying that Luke was right about there still being good in Darth Vader ultimately causing him to come to Luke's rescue and destroy the Emperor. He also said "tell your sister, you were right" meaning tell Princess Leia that you were right about there being good in Vader. That is why we see Anakin at the end of the movie with Obi-Wan and Yoda in force spirit from. Before he died, he turned back to the good side because Luke was right, he still had good in him. When that happened Darth Vader ceased to be and Anakin was reborn.
