If only Goku could go FPSSJ3! He could go SSJ3 and then power up till he reaches his maximum power (which is lower than Gohan's), but he has not trained enough with SSJ3 to have the same effects as FPSSJ does on SSJ.
FPSSJ3 is different from FPSSJ because FP refers to FULL POWER rather than mastery over the form. Goku is so powerful he couldn't reach his maximum power. Goku - HOLDING BACK - made the Earth shake, Gohan didn't. Goku could destroy Kid Buu, Gohan couldn't. Goku destroys Gohan anyday.
Goku said that the reason why he couldn't access his full power was because the Super Saiyan 3 was an otherworldly transformation, not because he was powerful. Saiyan Saga Vegeta also made the Earth shake. Saiyan Saga Vegeta > Mystic Gohan? Gohan could. Vegeta wanted to bring Gohan, but Goku wanted to kill him himself. Also, Goku said that he (and Vegeta) would die if they went out and fought against Super Buu. Gohan pretty much raped Super Buu.
It never is stated anywhere that SSJ3 is "otherworldy". If it was Gotenks wouldn't have been in prime SSJ3 state yet he was despite being alive. The fact that Gohan's max power couldn't hold a candle to SSJ3 Goku holding back and first time transforming on Earth is saying a lot. If Gohan had been that important, Goku would have saved him over that worthless fool Hercules. That is the same reason that Gohan/Gotenks didn't fight and solo Kid Buu. Goku also stated that he couldn't beat Fat Buu which was also false...
Goku said that it wasn't meant to be used when alive or something along those lines, and thus is why it drained ki and the time he had on Earth. I don't get that next sentence, but the other one... How is Mr. Satan more important than Gohan? And the reason why they didn't fight Kid Buu was because Goku wanted to kill him himself. Goku later said that he could have killed Fat Buu, but wanted to have the newer generation handle it.
Goku never said what you're claiming he did...and my previous sentence means that Gotenks was able to fight at max power - it didn't have any strain on him despite him being alive. It just gave him "less time on Earth" so he didn't want to use it. I never said that Hercules was more important...I'm just stating that Goku would have saved Gohan/Goten/Trunks/Piccolo if they really had been needed. Yet he chose an idiot over his friends and family. Goku didn't want to do anything of the sort seeing how he depleted all his chi and couldn't function as FPSSJ3 anymore...Gohan/Gotenks would have full ki yet Vegeta chose not to apply them because it was useless. That last sentence further proves my claim that Goku didn't want to fight Kid Buu and therefore he held back on Fat Buu, didn't kill Super Buu.

Well to me I think the power level of a SSJ5 at first transformation is at about 155,000,000,000,000,000,000 or 270,000,000,000,000,000,000 . The reason for this is if you read the DBAF Magna, Xicor power level is about 3,500,000,000,000,000,000 (my guess) and that's more power than a SSJ4 Gogeta (with his power level at about 2,000,000,000,000,000,000) and also remember that Xicor is at his suppressed level or just to make it simple, only using about 3% of his power. So anyway Goten, Gohan, Trunks and Vegeta and I also think Goku Jr and Vegeta Jr face Xicor off but he just destroys them without trying, even when Gohan, Vegeta, Trunks (I think) and also Gogeta Jr when they all go SSJ4 he still wins without a sweat.
