Well Jiriya-sama was killed by Pein. So far Naruto is training to get revenge on Pein for killing Jiriya-sama. So we have to wait to see. naruto is cause it turns out that pein and naruto are brothers and naruto kills him!!!!!!!!!!!!

It seems like Madara was stronger than Pein in the end. Naruto defeated Pein/Nagato. I'm sure Pein/Nagato would have put up a good fight against Madara but if he was defeated by Naruto, I doubt he would have won against Madara. Also, note that even Konan's ultimate technique didn't bring Madara down. So I think Madara is the stronger one.

Naruto is technically stronger, (with and perhaps w/o the fox). Though, I personally think Pein is stronger since he has the rinnegan and his 6 "paths of Pein". If Pein fought Naruto at full strength instead of after fighting everyone and blowing the village to pieces, then it would've been more unclear of the fight's outcome. Yes, Naruto defeated Pain, therefore he is stronger.
