While there are many factors that could be used to identify the best motivational speakers in North America, (ie. Highest paid, most speeches per year, the level of audiences they speak to, or simply on the merits of their content) The answer I choose to give would be based on content. Traditionally, Napoleon Hill has been considered the father of much of what is taught in personal development today. Certainly he has the most quoted works, specifically with "Think and Grow rich."
