For example, a debtor in bankruptcy case file a motion to avoid judicial lien upon her property caused by Beneficial California, Inc. through its lawyers. For an order avoiding judicial lien, service of the motion and other legal papers should be made upon an officers, managing or general agent, or any other agent authorized by appointment or by law to receive service of process.
