In my opinion, Jay-Z is ever changing and stays in the spotlight. Nas has more along the lines of classic hits. They once were having a rap battle and Nas ripped Jay-Z apart in the song Ether. Personally I would say Jay-Z is better, only because he is still putting out hits. Nas has sort of fallen out of the limelight, but his songs will always be classics.
