Who is the best character and why?

If your talking about Brawl, then the best is Metaknight. Only because of the versatility has has. For one he's lightweight and fast. All of his moves come out within one or two frames so u have the advantage there. He has the advantage on the ground and in the air. His neutral B (Nado) is good because it has priority over most of everyone elses moves and can be spammed. His down B can be used for mindgames but you'd have to be pro to use it properly. His upB is his bread and butter, he uses it for recovery or to keep people away from the edge of the stage as he is recovering.Overall, all his moves are faster and stronger than everybody else.
