Bar Mitzvah (בר מצוה), but it actually means "son of commandment" not "son of the commandment".
A bat mitzvah (Hebrew for "daughter of the commandment") is a Torah service, and so should be held in a synagogue. The reception, or after party, is unnecessary and not a traditional part of the ceremony. Even so, try your local community center.
