Palpatine is the greatest sith in Star Wars history. He is also the most powerful. Incorrect, Darth Vader Killed Emperor Palpatine.So, Darth Vader Is. Darth Vader never kills the Secret Apprentice during the game. He only pretends to so Emperor Palpatine will think the Apprentice is dead which allows Darth Vader to continue with his plot to overthrow the Apprentice. In the real ending of the game, Emperor Palpatine is the one to kill the Apprentice, however. Well, the Emperor didn't actually kill Vader's Secret Apprentice. They only way I know this is because there is a second game of Star Wars TFU.
At the end of the game, depending on what ending you choose, you either kill Darth Vader, or the emperor kills you.

You start as Darth Vader's "Secret" Apprentice. He goes out and kills some Jedi but then is told to gather a band of Rebels. This leads to the formation of the Rebel Alliance, the Apprentice decides to walk the path of the light and he ends up turning against Vader and the Emperor.
