There is no greek god of winter, but the greek god of the coldest wind (which is made in winter) is Boreas, god of the north wind. Apparently, he is the most "nice" wind god there is.
Boreas god of the north wind and winter, Khione (snow) was his daughter or consort, and Kheimon (the Horai of winter personified).
The do not seem to have had one.

One scripture about winter in the Bible is from Job 37:6, which describes how God commands the snow to fall on the earth. Another scripture is from Psalms 147:16-17, which highlights how God covers the earth with snow like wool and scatters frost like ashes. These scriptures emphasize God's power and control over the changing seasons, including winter.
