Who is the governor of England?

We do not have a Primeminster of London, we have a Primeminster of the UK, which at the moment is the Conservative leader, David Cameron, he oversee's the whole country. Before this, the Primeminster was Gordon Brown.

We have a Mayor of London, if that is what you were wondering, he is overseeing the Olympics developments, as well as looking at Transport for London and things such as climate change in London. This is Boris Johnson of the condervative party. his predecessor was Ken Livingstone of Labour.

England has no Governor- it is a sovereign state, just like any other nation. The Head of State is the monarch, currently Queen Elizabeth II, but the Head of Government is called the Prime Minister, elected (or re-elected) every 4 or 5 years.

At present, this is David Cameron, elected on 10th May 2010, who leads a coalition of Conservative and Liberal Democrats.
