Hatshepsut
The most famous female pharaoh that ruled in ancient Egypt was Hatshepsut. She, unlike many other pharaohs, didn't rule to conquer land, but to make peace and help build civilization with other areas.
Cleopatra.
Hatshepsut
because she was the most powerful and the last Pharaoh of Egypt
Ramses the Great was the most important Pharoah. He was Pharaoh when the Atlanteans fled Egypt. At its peak, the empire of this king ruled most of the known world.
There appear to have been a number of female pharaohs, but the earliest actually known was Sobekneferu. Hatshepsut was another. And Egypt was also ruled by Cleopatra VII, of course. There are links below.
No hatshepsut was earlier. Although she was the most powerful Pharaoh ever
Hatshepsut was once believed to be the first female pharaoh, but most historians no longer support this view. She was certainly the most successful female ruler of Egypt and one of the most successful pharaoh's of all time. It is believed that she became pharaoh in 1479 BC and ruled for about 22 years.
Probably Cleopatra, although see was actually Greek.
The pyramids are in Egypt!
Cleopatra of course
He was one, and the most famous, king ( pharaoh ) of Egypt. See the related link for more info.
