Probably Superman Prime; He's a psychotic, genocidally sadistic version of Superman, who has already killed trillions. In terms of power, he ranks below the D.C. one million Superman, which is Superman from 1 million years into the future, a version just as powerful as the silver age one minus the weaknesses, and above the silver age superman. Although Silver Age Superman is in fact physically stronger and faster than Prime, Kryptonite will still kill him, and red sun radiation will still take away his power. Superman Prime, on the other hand, never loses his power, as there is no Kryptonite in his universe that can affect him. Additionally the oan energy he absorbed from the guardians acts as a sort of "container" that prevents yellow sun radiation from being depleted. How can I put this another way.......... Green Lantern energy acts a sort of "suit" for them right? It protects them from the vacuum of space, among other things. Because Prime absorbed that energy from one of the guardians of the universe, that "suit" is sort of "built" into his system, acting as a sort of biological "power suit" that allows him to hold on to yellow sun radiation. You combine this, with his silver age superman intellect, and, far as bad guys go he's very dangerous, even other villains are genuinely afraid of him, which is not very common in comic books. Additionally, Superman Prime, and he has always had this ability, does not lose his power as quickly under red sun radiation. He was able to kill the golden age Superman in his first rampage, because where golden age superman and regular superman lost their super powers flying through Krypton's red sun, Prime still kept some of his. Before he absorbed oan energy, he still lost his powers to red sun radiation but not as quickly as other versions of Superman. With the oan energy though, red sun radiation does not affect him. For all intents and purposes he's basically invincible; even though the Silver Age Superman would initially get the upper hand on Prime because he's stronger, sooner or later, Silver Age Superman would run out of yellow sun radiation, exerting his power too much, causes his internal "battery" to run low. See, Prime does not have that problem and, ruthless as he is, the moment Silver Age Superman lost his powers, Prime would kill him. That title used to belong to Marvel Comic's Galactus, because he ate planets. Given though that Superman Prime has blown up whole universes and killed trillions, he is easily by far the most powerful villain in comic books today. The only creature who stands a chance against prime, isn't even "human;" namely, Onslaught, the creature created from the merging of Professor X and Magneto, their combined powers could probably destroy Prime. All Onslaught needs to do, is rearrange his molecules.
