The four horsemen [the first four seals on the scroll in Revelation 6] that Jesus strips away... He explains to us clearly in Matthew 24:4-8.

False religion [horseman 1] has been the cause of most [if not all] of the wars [horseman 2] throughout history. [In fact, there's a major religion in the world at this very moment that is fomenting what will probably launch the world into the prophesied end time "Great Tribulation" {seal 5; Rev.6} and World War III].

Subsequently... wars have always brought about destruction, disease, famine [horseman 3]... and death [horseman 4].

In a nutshell, these four repetitive "spectres" have haunted man throughout his generations. They have been repeated throughout world history... and each one wields its own power over men.

Man creates them... yet, he seems powerless to control them.
